![]() ![]() General OverviewĪlbanian has a what is called voiced-voiceless (throat vibrations - no throat vibrations) distinctions in consonants just like in most European languages (exception: Irish, for example), but also like Arabic varieties, or languages like Turkish. ![]() I tried to put as much information here as possible, though please leave a comment if I have forgotten something, I will make sure to include it next time. And just to add more insult that you already feel, I'm not going to talk about much today, which are the consonants that confuse the most Albanian language learners, I will keep it with the easier consonants first.
